To open up a new customer segment for Wunder Shuttle, the team saw the need for a pre-booking feature. As this is a quite complex task, I decided to advocate for 2 Days Design Sprint to involve multiple perspectives at the same time.

🤔 The Problem:
- Potential clients raised the need for pre-booking rides as they (1) already have such an operating model (2) and they need to able to digitise non-in-app (pre)bookings which helps them to accommodate with their current model of running operations and drive adoption of the apps.
- For the prebooking feature itself, there were very different methods how prebookings could be assigned to drivers even throughout other competitors
🎯 The Goal:
- Open up our product for a new customer segment.
- Think through various ways to define the dispatch of prebookings and decide for one
- Creating a testable concept and prototype in 2 days to validate the idea with clients
